Our space hosts a wide range of cultural and non-cultural events, from performances and workshops to film shoots, youth clubs, and village body meetings. How Can You Be Involved?

As an Artist...
We offer unique artist residencies and art exchange programs.

As a Student...
At our Kalakendra, you can learn Yakshagana from professional artists through both long-term and short-term training programs. We also offer internship opportunities that cover various aspects of this traditional art form.

As a Visitor...
We welcome both short-term and long-term visitors to Yakshaangana. We can introduce you to Yakshagana and related art forms through lecture demonstrations, hands-on training, and short performances on request. You are also invited to participate in our activities, especially the Natyotsava festival, and enjoy our performances across India and abroad.

As a Volunteer...
You can contribute to the Mandali’s activities as a volunteer, particularly during our annual Rashtreeya Natyotsava festival. This is a great learning experience and a valuable way to support the Mandali.

As an Art Patron...
You can support us in many ways:

• Organize or sponsor Mandali's performances, workshops, or lecture demonstrations in your city or beyond.

• Conduct Aatave Paata in schools near and dear to you.

• Sponsor a Masada Aata, a special performance at our center in your name.

• Sponsor or adopt a student's education at Kalakendra on a monthly basis.

• Help us make our annual festival bigger and better.

• Contribute to our ongoing and upcoming projects through donations.

• Help build the Mandali’s Corpus Fund.

• Donate equipment or accessories needed for our center’s facilities (contact us for specific needs).
